How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jack Dinnin was in industry since High School, Married Lisa Dinnin who had Business Background and together they decided to start their own.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Family Owned and Operated. We still answer our own phones. Even in the evening we have an answering service but one of the Owner's returns the calls within 15 minutes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. Our new facility scheduled to open in November is in Brooklyn Heights. As far as adding new trucks and employees, we are waiting out the recession.
What type of payments do you accept?
MC, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, GE Financing, Springleaf Financing for less credit worth customers (We are all in the same boat)
Which areas do you service?
Northeast Ohio but will travel if the job constitutes the cost.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Lisa Dinnin is 100% Owner and is currently registering for her FBE Certification. John (Jack) Dinnin is President and together daily operations are run by them, however, Lisa Dinnin is main contact in office.
What are your hours of operation?
Office Hours: 7 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. M-Friday
Answering Service is available 24 hours per day for emergencies and owner's will call right back after notification
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we try so hard for our customers. Look for best options to save money for them. Don't try to over sell, just want a customer for life.
