How long have you been in business?
We have been providing destination management services to meeting and event planners for five years.
What is your primary product or service?
As a one-stop shop for meeting planners unfamiliar with Cleveland Ohio, our primary service is our local knowledge and how we put that to work for them. From tours to transportation to activities and events, with one call we can plan it all.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The Director of Destination Management has a certificate in Travel & Tourism from Lakeland Community College (graduated with a 4.0 GPA and awarded Tourism Student of the Year) and also has completed the coursework from the Shlensky Institute for Event & Meeting Planning.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are no other destination management companies in Cleveland that provide the services we do.
What are your hours of operation?
Discover My Cleveland is open from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
