Formerly known as Phnom Penh Restaurant, we are now known as Cuisine du Cambodge Restaraunt. We're specializing in Cambodian and Southeast Asian cuisine, freshly made to order. Our speciality is home cooking. Our Pad Thai will make you feel like you're in Thailand and our Vietnamese Pho will win your tastebuds over.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We are the second generation of food business after our original establishment, Phnom Penh Restaurant. The restaurant business was the ideal fit for us because we enjoy cooking and were interested in bringing culture into Cleveland. We decided that a common way people come together is when eating, so the restaurant business just made sense for us to become a part of. Plus, the positive feedback and gratitude from our customers make our jobs worth it!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our meals are only made from fresh ingredients and in a homemade fashion. Our healthy meals are traitional, authentic Cambodian dishes. We treat cooking as an art, trying to bring appeal to the eyes and the mouth of those who wish to experience our cuisine.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our only location is on 13124 Loraine Avenue Cleveland, Ohio. (The birthplace of the original Phnom Penh Restaurant.)
