This is a new company in 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
We sell gourmet coffees and teas as well as smoothie mixes and cafe-style drink mixes. We also sell coffee brewing equipment including home espresso machines. We do on-site coffee and smoothie catering for special events. And also home parties.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our purpose as business owners is to help people enjoy a good coffee drink at home, instead of having to go out to the 'buck for a specialty coffee. Previously owned a restaurant in California for 7 years. This is going to also become a franchise opportunity later this year.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our coffee is roasted on order. That means your coffee is roasted the day it ships to you. You won't find fresher coffee or a larger selection anywhere.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currently based in Cleveland Ohio and plan to expand nationally through franchsing.
