I am a graduate from the University of Dayton with a degree in Computer Engineer Technology.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
What separates Cleveland PC Wiz from other computer repair services is the outstanding quality of service with a very cheap pricing structure. Also there is no minimum charge and if for any reason the computer can not be fixed then the customer will not be charged anything.

Currently this is a home ran operation and was started as a means of income until I found a full time Computer Engineering job. However business has been great and if the demand stays this high a more permanent fixture is down the road with the hopes of having more locations in Ohio.
