How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2004 - 5 years at our original location on Euclid Ave and 3+ years
in our expanded store on E 305th
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full service florist which means we deliver, arrange flower for all occasions including weddings, funerals, birthdays, anniversaries and party events. We also provide planters, blooming gardens and fruit baskets. We are also affiliated with a wire service to handle out of town and overseas deliveries.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began arranging flowers when I was in my teens. My grandmother introduced me to them and I was hooked. My designers are all long time florists and we share a passion for lovely arrangements. Before becoming a florist, I was a project manager for 35 years in the IT field.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service, long lasting flowers and unique designs are all compliments we receive from our
customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our E 305th store is our only location. We selected it because of the space and the easy parking
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located south of Rt 2 on E 305. The most common landmark is we are south of the railroad tracks and across the street from Dino's Restaurant.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit card. We also offer house accounts to our business customers
Which areas do you service?
We deliver throughout the Cleveland metro area.

The company is owned by Pat & Dave Deschler

Mon - Tues 9-5
Wed - Fri 9-6

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A recent one was from a new customer who bought Valentine's flowers. He called to tell me that the vase we had delivered was the prettiest in his wife's office.
