How long have you been in business?
Many of you may already have visited one of our consumer stores, the eProsellers Quick Drop eBay store located at 23420 Lorain Rd. This store has been in operation since 2006. CacheTurn Solutions is a privately owned, self-funded high growth business formed by merging successful On-line Retailers, eBay Power Sellers, and a group of Business Operation Consultants, that were working together to provide clients with turnkey solutions since 2000, 2002, and 2005 respectively. CacheTurn Solutions opened our first national warehouse and operations center in Westlake Ohio December 2007. In 2008 we expanded our service offering again to provide Reverse Logistics services on a national basis.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide businesses with Reverse Logistics Services that provide high yield returns on problem inventories including: Customer Returns, Overstock, Surplus, or Excess. We assist in store closures,business retirements, and liquidations.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our interests in Reverse Logistics Services developed through the process of resolving a single client's request. We listened to what our client wanted, and set out to develop a solution that worked. Once that first project success was apparent, we turned to investigate the size of the market opportunity. The immediate response to the services transformed CacheTurn Solutions into a multi-facility fast paced, customer focused national organization.

CacheTurn Solutions maintains three brick and mortar facilities serving the needs of our clients. Our Corporate Offices in Westlake, Ohio, our consumer drop off store in North Olmsted, Ohio, and our Warehouse and Logistics Services Facilities is also located in Westlake. In addition CacheTurn Solutions has developed five professionally branded online web-stores serving consumer channels.
We are currently expanding our warehouse facilities to service new business demands and are expanding our on-line web stores, and expect to have two more operational in the first half of 2009.

Warehouse and Logistics Services Facilities is also located in Westlake, Ohio 29313 Building IIG.
What type of payments do you accept?
Our business partners are extended terms according to service agreements. Our consumer stores accept most credit cards, PayPal, Checks and Money orders. Our online stores are primarily credit cards and PayPal.
Which areas do you service?
Our business partners for the most part are mainly from North America. Our local stores serve consumers in the Greater Cleveland area. Our online stores reach the global marketplace with approximately 25% of our sales out of the USA.

What are your hours of operation?
CacheTurn Solutions corporate offices are open from 8:30 -5:30 Monday through Friday, except USA holidays.
Our Consumer drop off store operates from 10:00-6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday 10:00-4:00.
The CacheTurn Solutions warehouse facilities are open from 9:00 - 4:30 Monday through Friday and Saturday by appointment only.
