How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Diamond wholesaler traveling the country in 1979-1980, graduate of the GIA GEMOLOGICAL INSTITUTE OF AMERICA , and formed a wholesale distributorship to retail customers direct eliminating the middle man. Today we own a stand alone building on Warrensville with state of the art equipment and fabulous craftsman who care about their creations with perfection
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer FAST ECONOMICAL SERVICE as opposed to having to leave your jewelry for repair for weeks on end while they send your repairs and valuable jewelry to outside locations.....We keep everything in house and usually have the items completed within 24-48 hours.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We occupy our own NEW building and focus all our energy and expertise in one location- having several locations undermines the ability to offer "family" relationships where we personally understand and know your expectations. We are NOT clerks who fill out forms, we are your family jeweler.

We now offer 90 DAYS same as Cash interest FREE, all major credit cards, checks and cash. We have a convenient Lay-A-way program as well.

WE service our customer base over 36 YEARS from all over the country and overseas. We are proud and happy to be servicing the children and grandchildren of our loyal customer base

Our company is a Corporation founded in 1995 with Mr. Les Keller as original founder since 1979.
What are your hours of operation?
We service our clients Monday-Friday 12:00-6:00 with weekend hours by appointment.......
