What is your primary product or service?
Our primary product is video production for business, public relations, broadcast and advertising.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is in broadcast television--earlier in my career I did live television for the NBC Owned station in Cleveland, Ohio, WKYC-TV. I then moved up in the station to the Montage Documentary film unit where I wrote, produced and directed documentaries for 12 years. In 1978 started my own video production facility, VGI Productions.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a small video production company with a big heart--we rarely say no. VGI Productions has been serving a diverse list of clients since 1978. We service the broadcast and non-broadcast industry throughout the U.S. and Canada with an unswerving dedication to each and every client. If you have a video or multimedia project that demands the best people, equipment, and years of experience, then VGI is your best resource. For all of our clients, we not only meet expectations, we exceed them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Northeast Ohio but travel to wherever the job takes us, nationally and internationally. Our facility is adequate for all of our clients needs and has room for the future for any needed expansion.

We are located in Beachwood's Commerce Park in the Prestige Center Building, located at 23400 Mercantile Rd. Suite 6. Mercantile runs between Chagrin Blvd and S. Green Rd. VGI is on the South side of Mercantile.
What type of payments do you accept?
Net 30 on delivery of a finished product or Net 30 in progress payments.
Which areas do you service?
We service most of Northeast Ohio and beyond.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Howard Schwartz is principal owner and general manager.
What are your hours of operation?
8:30am-5:30pm...evening hours when projects call for them.
