What is your primary product or service?
Domestic and international audio, web and video conferencing services (conference calls, teleconferencing, webinars).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
One of the partners handled telephony project management for BP internationally for many years, when they were headquartered here, which included teleconferencing services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a licensed wholesale partner with Intercall, WebEx, Adobe, Live Meeting and provide many other conferencing products. Due to our volume and wholesale connections, we can offer the best pricing and the latest technology available globally. We are certified woman-owned (WBENC), so by using our services you are contributing to diversity quotas. We are tax exempt, unlike most teleconferencing companies. Our service and support is available 24/7 and we provide free live training and trial accounts for all products. Customers also receive a dedicated rep who can handle everything from pricing to trouble shooting, billing issues and more, which saves the end-user valuable time and money.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location and do not have the need for expansion, although our wholesale relationships provide 24/7 service and tech support around the globe.
