A full range of Insurance products. Auto-Home-Business and Life Insurance
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner started in the business in the 70's as a part-time high school student working in a family run insurance agency. In 1983, she established her own agency joined by her husband in 1988. She obtained her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in the late 1980's; an on-going commitment to insurance education shared by Select in the way they do business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Since 2009, owner Pat Lamb has been an Endorsed Local Provider for Dave Ramsey - Ramsey Solution. Select Insurance Services strives to teach people about insurance and in so doing they are able to build their client base with people who have a new understanding of the who - what - where and why.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our office is in North Royalton - primarily servicing the needs in NE Ohio - able to write policies in the entire State of Ohio.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 and by appointment. Technology allows us to answer your insurance questions almost any time of the day.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment is when the person recognizes we strive to have a "heart of a teacher" and appreciates the time and effort spent to walk them through the insurance buying process to tailor a policy that is right for them.
