How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started by planning family vacations and really enjoying the process. Visiting new places and finding adventure in every trip was a thrill. Eventually, I went to travel school, worked in an agency and ultimately, started Rhealy Travel.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
It is the goal of the entire staff at Rhealy Travel to provide outstanding customer service. We can do everything from assisting with lost luggage, finding that perfect beach for a candlelight dinner, SCUBA lessons for the entire family, special seating on an aircraft or whatever you need. It is our goal to exceed your expectations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our tropically themed office is located in North Olmsted.
