Residential Services Provided to Adults with Developmentally Disabled in a Residential Setting
Nonprofit organization established in 1982 provides residential and day program services to adults with developmentally disabllities throughout Cuyahoga County. The organization has licensed therapists, QIDPs, RNs, LPNs, Management, and Direct Care Professionals (DSPs). The DSP position is an entry level position which provides direct hands on services and does NOT require a degree or license or STNA certification. Paid training. The company offers FREE transportation to some of our residential home locations with a specific pick up and drop off location.
Opportunities to grow into a management position without a degree for exceptional DSPs occur. Must be 18 years of age or older, have a High School diploma or GED, and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening test. Generous full and part time benefits and opportunities offered.

We specialize in providing residential and day program services to developmentally disabled adults.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Northeast Care Center provides the full spectrum of residential services throughout Cuyahoga County from ICF (intermediate care facilities) where physical, occupational, speech, dietary, behavioral, psychological, social work and nursing services are provided at the individual's home to serving individuals in their own or family home.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located throughout Cuyahoga County and currently have 8 intermediate care facilities, 21 waiver contract homes and serve 4 individuals in their homes. Northeast Care Center is requested to take on new contracts on a regular basis.

We are a twenty-four hour operation.

The highest compliment to receive is when the individuals we serve are happy, feel safe and developing new skills to increase their self esteem and level of independence, and their family members of those we serve feel that their loved one is "home" in our care and that they too feel their loved one is safe under our care.
