How long have you been in business?
We have been in business, here in Ohio City, since 1883, and our owner, Charles Fridrich, is a grandson of the founder. We've been in our current location since the 1890's.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a retail bicycle dealer. We are a dealer for Raleigh, Diamondback, Del Sol, Masi, and Haro bicycles, and also sell some less expensive models from Kent, and others. We service just about any kind of bike, and have a warehouse full of parts, so we're likely to have what you need to keep an older bike going strong.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our goal is to provide superior customer service, whether you are looking for a new bike, need a simple repair, or just want to buy an inner tube. We pride ourselves on having the largest selection of bicycles and parts in northeast Ohio, and our 10,000+ square feet of retail space (and triple that in storage and work areas) makes that possible.

We are located at 38th and Lorain Ave., about a block west of Fulton Ave., and just down the street from the West Side Market and St. Ignatius high school.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards. No checks, please.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Charles Fridrich is the owner, the grandson of the man who started the business back in 1883.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours vary with the season. Currently we are in our spring hours: open 7 days a week! We are here weekdays 11:00 to 6:00, Saturday 10:00-5:00, and Sundays from 12:00 to 4:00.
