What is your primary product or service?
We are a managed services provider (MSP), meaning that we act as a fully outsourced IT department for small/midsized businesses, or as a complement to their existing IT team. At the most basic, we offer monitoring and maintenance of all network systems, and at the highest level, we are a completely outsourced CIO.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Ashton develops proactive business technology strategies to arm our clients for success. We're not a 'break/fix' company, but rather, our goal is to grow with our clients. We still have clients from 1994.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location, and are always open to expansion opportunities in the market place.

23625 Commerce Park is located just south of Chagrin Blvd., in Beachwood. We are located between Green Rd. and Richmond Rd., just west of I-271.

Our clients are primarily based in Northern Ohio, but they have a physical presence in 37 different states. 90% of our work can be done remotely, but we are happy to be on site, whenever the client requires it.

Jim Millican is the founder/owner of the company, and still runs it on a daily basis.
